    A couple of renders to test the penetration of daylight into the basement area. It can be seen that light reaches both the front and the rear of the basement.

    Development images of the ground floor facade.  A series of vertical timber fins can be opened to specific angles to balance between daylight and privacy. When entirely closed, the facade presents itself as solid. The fanlights above maintain the original rhythm of the Mews
